摘　　要：自近代以来,科学技术的发展和应用,对经济增长、社会进步和人类物质文化生活水平的提高产生了日益广泛而深远的影响。在当代,自然科学的最新成果已成为最新技术发明成果的理论基础和前提,决定着技术发明的性质和水平;自然科学生产力功能的实现过程已成为一项复杂的系统工程。因此,从系统哲学的角度,深入、系统、严谨地揭示自然科学向直接、现实生产力的转化机制,即自然科学生产力功能的实现机制——横向途径与纵向环节,就具有更加突出的理论价值和现实意义。Since the modern times, science＇s and technology＇ s development and the application, to the economic growth, the social progress and the human material culture living standard＇s enhancement have had day by day widespread and the profound influence. In the present age, natural sciences＇ newest achievement has become the newest technical invention achievement the rationale and the premise, is deciding the technical invention nature and the level; The natural sciences productive forces function realizes the process to become a complex systems engineering. Therefore, from the system philosophy＇s angle, thorough, systematic, promulgates the natural sciences rigorously to direct, realistic productive forces shifting to new management mechanisms, namely the natural sciences productive forces function realizes the mechanism crosswise way and the longitudinal link, has the more prominent theory value and the practical significance.
