摘　　要：在对高新技术企业可持续发展内涵和要求、生存环境巨变、管理新理念诸方面深入研究的基础上,阐述了在瞬息万变、充满不确定性的全球竞争环境中,以顾客满意为取向的可持续发展管理是我国高新技术企业的管理新理念。By means of discussing the connotation, requirements, environmental change, and managerial ideas of sustainable development, this thesis illustrates that high and new teeh enterprises should have customers＇ satisfaction - oriented sustainable development as their managerial ideas in a totally new and constantly- changing environment which is full of uncertainty.
