摘　　要：目的探讨结肠造口关闭术的手术时机及技巧。方法对1983年-2006年间78例行结肠造口关闭术病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果手术时间1～8．5h，平均2．4h。并发症发生率为10．25％。结论造口关闭术手术时机应个体化，术前准备充分，合理的手术方式是降低并发症发生率的关键。Objective To discuss the opportunity and special tion. Methods The 78 cases subject to colostomy closure operations skill of colostomy closure operabetween 1983 to 2006 in our hospital were retrospectively studied. Results Operating time was 1-8. 5 h（mean 2. 4 h）. The incidence of complication was 10. 25 %. Conclusion Opportunity of colostomy closure operation should be indi- vidualized. Full preparation before operation and reasonable surgical procedures are the keys to reduce incidence of complication.
