摘 要:运用机构型综合理论,在列出作为脉动式无级变速器主传动机构全部结构型式方案的基础上,针对目前单输出函数发生机构的缺点和脉动式无级变速器的工作特点,通过对Watt型和Stephenson型六杆运动链的宏观运动及动力学特性的分析,提出了双输出函数发生机构的选型原则,并以Stephenson型六杆运动链为雏形构建了同轴式全铰链双输出函数发生机构的方案。实践表明,该方案不仅有丰富、可调的函数发生规律,同时尺度参数的可综合性较强。Utilizing the type synthesis theory of mechanism, basing on the listed type scheme of entire structure of the being acted as the pulsation styled initiative transmission mechanism of stepless speed variator, aiming at shortcomings of the present single output function generative mechanism and the working characteristics of pulsation styled stepless speed variator and by means of analyses on the macroscopic movement and on the kinetics characteristics of the Watt typed and the Stephenson typed six-bar motion chain, the type selection principle of the double output function generative mechanism was put forward, and taking the Stephenson typed six-bar motion chain as rudiments to construct the coaxial typed complete hinged double output function generative mechanism. The practice showed that this scheme has not only abundant and adjustable generative rules of function and at the same time also has a rather strong synthetic-able character of dimension parameters.
