摘 要:利用油液分析技术对复杂机械的磨合试验进行了分析,结合某在研项目——综合传动装置的结构特点,设计了3种磨合试验方案。利用原子发射光谱分析仪对综合传动装置的油液进行了分析,试验表明,采用固定某个档位逐渐增加载荷或速度的磨合方案能有效提高综合传动装置的磨合质量。该方案对较复杂变速箱的磨合试验具有一定的指导意义。An analysis on the grinding-in test of complex machinery by the use of oil-fluid analytical techniques was carried out. Combining with the structural characteristics of a certain under studying item-a synthetic transmission device, three kinds of grinding-in testing schemes were designed. Analysis on the oil-fluid of the synthetic transmission device was carried out by the use of atomic emission spectrum analyzer. The experiment indicated that by adopting the grinding-in scheme of gradually increasing loading or speed under a fixed gear could effectively enhance the grinding-in quality of the synthetic transmission device. This scheme bears certain guiding significance on the grinding-in test of rather complicated gear-boxes.
