摘　　要：本文介绍了我国矿山企业目前对环境的污染现状,概述了我国现行环境管理体系,进而对环境管理体系中命令控制模式和经济激励模式各自的优缺点进行比较,探讨了我国矿山企业环境管理体系的发展方向以及一系列相应的建议和对策。This paper introduced the environment pollution of mine enterprises in China, outlined the current environment management system. Then compared the advantages and disadvantages of order-control mode and economic-incentive mode, and proposed the development direction of environment management policy and the corresponding measures.
