层次分析法在评价建筑企业危机潜在诱因中的应用

摘　　要：对建筑企业内部与外部所存在的危机潜在诱因进行了分析,并把层次分析法运用于诱因评价,实现了企业内部经营及外部环境单个诱因的重要性排序、系统总体危机度的评价以及危机诱因应对措施的选择,为建筑企业提高危机缩减管理水平提供了有效的途径。This paper is based on the analysis of latent cause in enterprise＇s interior and exterior, and applies AHP in the appraisal of latent cause. It can realized the important arrangement of the single cause in enterprise＇s interior and exterior, the appraisal of system overall crisis as well as the choice of measures to crisis cause, enhance the level of the management of crisis reduction for the construction enterprise to provide an effective way.
