摘　　要：在资金有限的情况下,要达到资金使用的最大效益,就需要对多个投资项目进行比选。但对于多个项目如何优中选优,目前还没有一个固定的模式。通过介绍层次分析法,说明了该法能够很好地用于多项目的决策中。并通过实例证明了该法在多项目决策中的可行性。In fund limited situation,if wants to achieve the biggest benefit, Needs to elect from many investments project . But is how to choose the best one from many good projects superiorly, It does not have a fixed pattern at present. This article shows level analytic method can be best use in the multi - projects decision - making through the introduc- tion of it.
