摘　　要：通过对低碳低硅钢增硅问题进行分析,明确了在当前工艺条件下精炼脱S任务重、转炉下渣量大、精炼时间偏长是增硅的主要影响因素,提出了100%铁水预脱硫处理等四条改进措施,[Si]合格率由83.3%提高到91.8%,效果十分明显。The paper demonstrates after analysis that the main affecting factors of silicon pickup for low carbon and low silicon steel under the present process conditions are the heavy task of desulphurization, large quantity of converter slag and long refining time, and puts forward four improvement measures such as pre-desulphurization treatment of 100% molten iron. After the measures are taken, the [Si] qualification ratio rises from 83.3% to 91.8% with prominent effect.
