摘 要:在海勃湾电厂排粉机叶轮运行中,煤粉在风机压头作用下对叶轮叶片产生冲蚀磨损,严重影响排粉机正常运行。对冲蚀磨损的机理进行探讨,结合失效叶片磨损现状,着重分析了冲蚀磨损凹陷,物料损失过程及磨料硬度三者对叶轮叶片磨损产生影响。同时,运用Fluent软件对煤粉的浓度场和速度场进行模拟和分析,根据煤粉浓度、速度综合作用推断重点磨损部位为进、出风口处及靠后壁面叶片和叶片弯曲外侧。During the operation of impeller of powder ejector in Haibowan power plant, coal powders generate erosion on the blades of the impeller by the effect of primary air, which seriously influences the normal operation of powder ejector. The theory of erosion is discussed. It is concluded that the depression of erosion, the loss of material and the hardness of the abradant have effects on the erosion of the blade of impeller, combining the status quo of the disabled blade. The concentration field and the velocity field of coal powders are simulated and analyzed based on the Fluent software. It is concluded that the main erosion areas are the parts of air inlet, outlet and blades near to the back wall pf impeller and outside of the bending blades, according to the above analysis.
