摘  要:数据采集与监视控制系统(Supervisory Control andData Acquisition,SCADA)是以计算机为基础的生产过程控制与调度自动化系统。它可以对现场的运行设备进行监视和控制,以实现数据采集、设备控制、测量、参数调节以及各类信号报警等各项功能。利用SCADA对OPC(OLE forProcess Control)技术的支持来构建控制系统的实时仿真,解决了传统的有人参与的分布交互式和集成综合环境仿真的不足,并且大大降低了开发的难度,提高开发的速度和开发的质量。重点介绍了控制系统实时仿真模型的建立,利用微软的WTL(系统模板库)设计与实现数学模型、OPC服务器,使用SCADA软件对整个仿真系统平台进行了测试。The SCADA is a system of producing process control and auto-dispatch based on computer technology. SCADA can supervise and control field equipments by acquiring data. A real-time simulation of control system is established based on OPC technology in the SCADA system, which overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional distributed interactive and ISE (Integrated Synthesis Environment) simulation. It can reduce the difficulty of development significantly, speed up the development and improve the quality. The construction of real-time simulation control system is introduced in detail. The mathematical models and OPC servers are designed and implemented by using Microsoft Windows Template Library (WTL), and the overall simulation system is tested in the SCADA system.
