发电集团协调竞价主体的程序和功能研究

摘　　要：目前发电集团内部所辖电厂在区域竞价时各自报价,在企业内部未能得到有效的协调,可能导致偏离企业整体利润最大化的目标。针对这一问题,研究设计了发电集团公司协调竞价辅助决策系统。首先通过对我国现阶段发电集团公司的组织结构和区域市场现状的分析,讨论了集团公司和电厂两级协调竞价辅助系统的合理性。在此基础上,进一步阐述了发电集团公司内部两级协调竞价辅助决策系统的体系结构和基本流程。最后对集团端系统和电厂端系统的主要功能进行了研究。It is urgent for enterprise to improve management approach and technical approach to coordination the competitive bidding of its presidial plants. The organization and management mode of generations and the state of regional electricity state in China are analyzed. The necessity and feasibility of establishing two-tier coordination bidding decision-making system in generation enterprise are suggesed. The basic process of coordination bidding mechanism is designed. Based on the above work, the system structure and function are systematically studied. The main functions of generation corporation system and power plant system are studied.
