摘　　要：该文针对温岭市市政工程基础设施建设中出现的工程项目管理问题,就设计质量控制和招投标评标定标等方面提出了相应的处理办法和对策。建议把好工程质量的源头设计关,对设计采取激励和索赔机制;建议将现阶段采用的综合评定法改为经评审的最低投标价法。In view of the problems of the engineering project management arising in the municipal engineering infrastructure construction of Wenling City,the article puts forward the relative treatment methods and the countermeasures in the aspects of the design quality control and the bidding and tendering evaluation and determination. The suggestion is to master the source design of the engineering quality and to use the inspiriting and claiming system for the design. The suggestion is that the comprehensive evaluation method applied in the present stage will be instead by the lowest tendering price method after evaluated.
