摘　　要：A new macrocyclic diamide, 22-membered macrocyclic diamide, named cyclodicaprylamide（2）, and five known compounds, bis（2-ethylhexyl） phthalate（1）, ethyl 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoate（3）, ethyl 3,4,5-trimethoxycinnamate （4）, （＋）-syringaresinol（5）, loliolide（6）, were isolated from the roots of Rauvolfia yunnanensis Tsiang. Their structures were elucidated based on NMR, 2D NMR, and MS spectrum, respectively.
