摘 要:扬尘污染是建筑工程施工阶段的主要大气污染问题之一,对人体产生严重的健康损害。为了完善建筑工程施工阶段的环境影响评价体系。该文依照世界卫生组织提出的伤残调整生存年的评价思路,结合建筑工程施工特点,建立了评价施工扬尘污染对人体健康损害的定量模型,并把评价结果转化为相应货币化指标(支付意愿)。实际案例的测算能够得到土方施工产生扬尘污染造成的场地内外人员健康损害支付意愿指标,验证了评价模型的可用性。Dust created during construction projects is a significant contributor to air pollution with harmful effects to human health. This paper presents a system for assessing the environmental impact of dust emissions, so that necessary measures can be taken to improve the environmental impact of construction activities. The health impact was calculated as the disability-adjusted llfe year (DALY) according to the World Health Organization (WHO) and was translated to a money based indicator using the willingness-to-pay method for comparison with other environmental factors. Case analyses show that the assessment system gives reasonable results that can aid in construction planning.
