摘 要:为了寻找适合于商用直接甲醇燃料电池的电催化剂,研究了无担载铂黑催化剂的制备方法。采用柠檬酸三钠为稳定剂和保护剂,在液相条件下以NaBH4为还原剂制备了铂黑催化剂。用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和电化学活性面积法研究了该体系的pH值、保护剂用量等因素对该催化剂性能的影响;分析了柠檬酸三钠的作用机理。结果表明:自制催化剂粒径为3.7 nm、分布更窄,当Pt¨C6H5O73-的摩尔比为1¨1,pH=8时,制备出的铂黑催化剂性能较好,用它组装的单电池的电流-电压输出性能略优于商用催化剂。Un-support Pt black catalyst was prepared using citrate sodium as a capping agent and NaBH4 as a reducing agent in the liquid phase for direct methanol fuel cells. The influences of the pH and molar ratio of the Pt and citrate sodium on the catalyst properties were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and electrochemistry active area method, with the mechanism of citrate sodium's effect analyzed. The results show that the Pt black catalyst prepared with a Pt:C6H5O7^3- molar ratio of 1:1 and pH = 8 gives the best performance. This Pt black catalyst has smaller particles 3.7 nm in diameter, narrower distribution range and better single cell current-voltage performance than the commercial Pt black catalyst.
