摘 要:复杂难支护巷道的支护是围岩控制中亟待解决的难题。通过现场考察,分析了祁南煤矿82五中运输联巷及行人联巷破坏的主要原因及破坏机理。在深入研究了以内注浆锚杆为核心的锚注支护作用机理的基础上,确定了该巷道治理方案为锚注索喷联合支护方案。采用岩土工程分析软件FLAC对该方案进行的模拟研究表明,方案实施后围岩的整体承载能力得到提高,巷道围岩变形得到有效控制。实践表明,采用该方案进行修复后巷道变形极小,破坏程度明显降低,延长了巷道修复周期,降低了生产成本,为安全高效生产提供了有力的保障。The supporting of complicated hard supporting roadway is a difficult problem in the surrounding rock controlling. According to the fact of roadways in 82 mining area of Qi'nan mine, the main reasons and the destructive mechanism of the roadways for transit and passenger were analyzed in this paper.The bolt-grouting and cable-spouting support is adopted to control the roadways for transit and passenger after deeply study on the effective mechanism of bolt-grouting support. The geotechnical engineering software FLAC is used to simulate the supporting plan. The results of simulation indicate that the whole carrying capacity of surrounding rock was improved and the deformation was controlled effectively after the plan actualized. So extended the cycle of tunnel repairing and reduced the producing cost and come to provide the scientific basis for produce securely and effectively in mine.
