摘 要:选取污泥与煤的混合物在6个质量分数水平下进行了差热分析,运用Achar-Brindley-Sharp-Wend-worth法得到了反应动力学参数.表明反应过程由类挥发分物质的燃烧和类固定碳物质的燃烧两个阶段组成,混合物的燃烧特性与煤和污泥的特性有关,其反应特性是煤和污泥共同作用的结果.混合物的差热曲线可由煤和污泥单独的曲线与污泥质量分数加权计算得到,煤和污泥混合物燃烧反应过程中各自保持独立性.One chosen sewage sludge co-combusted with one coal with 6 different mixing ratios was investigated through differential thermal analysis methods (DTA). Reaction kinetics parameters have been settled applying the Achar-Brindley-Sharp-Wendworth method of DTA. It was shown that reaction process of mixtures was composed of two phases-similar volatile combustion and similar fixed carbon combustion, combustion characteristics of mixtures were relevant to characteristics of both coal and sewage sludge, and their reactivity was affected by both. DTA curves of mixtures were obtained by weighted calculation of individual curve of coal and sewage sludge with the mass ratio of sewage sludge, which demonstrated that coal and sewage sludge keeps its own characteristic in combustion reaction process.
