摘  要:在湍球塔设备中进行了有机酸盐强化石灰石湿法烟气脱硫的试验研究,对有机酸和有机酸盐强化石灰石湿法脱硫作了实验对比。结果显示,在脱硫系统中加入少量添加剂,既可以增加石灰石的溶解度,提高系统的脱硫率,也可以在较低的pH值下,防止结垢堵塞,增加系统运行的稳定性。己二酸钠和柠檬酸钠强化石灰石湿法烟气脱硫过程,可使系统脱硫率增加7%-9%,石灰石利用率提高近40%。根据实验结果,再考虑添加剂的市场价格,经过综合分析筛选,得出柠檬酸钠为性价比最好的添加剂。The intensifying effect of organic alkali on wet flue gas desulfurization with limestone has been investigated in a turbulent contact absorber, and organic acid and organic alkali additives have been compared. The results show that adding a small amount of additives in the desulfurization system, can increase the limestone utilization, raising the desulfurization efficiency, can also preventing scaling plug and increase the operating stability under low pH. Sodium adipate and sodium citrate will strengthen desulfurization efficiency η increase 6%-9%, increased utilization of limestone near 40% in limestone WFGD process. According to experimental results and consider the market price of additives, after comprehensive analysis, the sodium citrate is the best cost-effective additive.
