摘 要:在2007年度西北电网稳定计算中,引入实测励磁系统模型和参数。基于新数据平台,通过仿真研究发现,西北电网动态品质和稳定水平显著上升,自并励机组对电网特性有重要影响,大规模装设电力系统稳定器可有效改善系统阻尼,西北电网输送能力可大幅度提高。针对输送能力提高后电网运行中出现的新问题,提出需深入研究全网安全自动装置的配置与整定,推广采用先进的励磁控制技术,继续深化电网计算参数的试验、实测、建模和修正工作,以适应未来西北750kV电网安全稳定运行的需要。The actually measured excitation system models and their parameters are led into annual power network stability calculation of Northwest China power grid in the year of 2007. Based on new data platform, simulation results show that by use of such models and parameters the dynamic performance and stability level of Northwest China power grid is evidently improved. It is also found that the generation units with self-parallel excitation system greatly impact the performance of power grid; power grid damping can be effectively improved by massively equipping power system stabilizers (PSSs), thus the transmission capability of Northwest China power grid can be raised considerably. For the new problems arisen in power grid operation under the improved transmission capability, following suggestions are proposed: researching the configurations and settings of protection devices of whole grid in depth; extending the application of advanced excitation and control technologies; deepening the test, actual measurement, modelling and modification of power grid calculating parameters continually to adapt the requirement of secure and stable operation of forthcoming 750 kV network in Northwest China power grid.
