WAB生物粘合剂在剖宫产术中的应用

摘　　要：自１９９６年１月到１９９７年４月，我们用ＷＡＢ生物粘合剂粘合８７例腹膜外剖宫产术的刀口，和对照组相比，其术后刀口炎症轻、愈合快、瘢痕小，住院天数和费用减少，统计学处理差异十分显著（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结果表明，ＷＡＢ生物粘合剂有重要的临床实用价值，值得推广。From January 1 996 to April 1 997,the incision of 87 cases of hystero- tokotomy were bound with WAB wound adhesive of biomaterial. Compared with the control group .the inflammation was milder ,the healing was quick and the scar was small after operation. The method shorted the time of hospitalization , saved the patients mon- ey ,and there was significant difference statistically(P<0. 001 ) . The reaults showed that WAB adhesive of biomaterial has important clinical value and is worth spreading.
