摘  要:通过对Cu69·17Zn27·04Al3·62Zr0·17减振合金阻尼机制的研究,分析了预变形处理对该合金阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,在预变形处理时,该合金发生了应力诱发马氏体转变。预变形量在0-2%区间,随预变形量增大,合金的阻尼性能增加;在预变形量为2%时,合金的阻尼性能达到最大值;但随预变形量的进一步增大,合金的阻尼性能开始下降。The damping mechanism of Cu69.17Zn27.04Al3.62Zr0. 17 alloy was studied and the effects of pre-deformation treatment on its damping property were also investigated. The results show that stress-induced martensite transformation of Cu69. 17Zn27.04Al3.62Zr0. 17 alloy occurs during pre-deformation treatment. Within the pre-deformation ratio of 0 to 2 %, the higher the pre-deformation is, the higher the damping property is. The internal friction reaches the highest value when the pre-deformation increases to 2 % , then the damping property decreases with the increasing of pre-deformation.
