摘 要:采用MoSi2/316L梯度过渡层,借助放电等离子烧结技术实现了MoSi2与316L不锈钢的连接,着重研究了MoSi2/316L连接梯度过渡层的组织、形貌、显微硬度及界面结合情况。结果表明,MoSi2/316L不锈钢梯度过渡层组织呈梯度分布,表现为宏观组织的不均匀性和微观组织的连续性,各梯度层的显微硬度基本呈梯度变化;梯度过渡层界面之间结合良好,没有明显的宏观界面,在各梯度层内部及界面都没有裂纹及大孔洞,界面结合紧密。The feasibility of joining MoSi2 to 316L stainless steel using spark plasma sintering (SPS) techniques was investigated with MoSi2/316L stainless steel graded material as the interlayer system,the morphology and microhardness of the gradient transition layer in MoSi2/316L joint were studied, and the bonding interface condition among each layer was also analyzed. It is demonstrated that the morphology of gradient transition layer based on MoSi2/316L joining represents as macro-inhomogeneity and micro-continulty, the gradient layer composition and microhardness change gradually. In addition, no macro-deficiency, dehiscence, cracks, large pore are found among or within the gradient transition layers, which indicate that the interface bond tightly.
