摘 要:钢铁厂厂区废水与超细颗粒粉尘亲和性强,难于分离,而粉尘又是钢铁厂的宝贵资源,不对钢铁厂厂区废水进行处理而外排,将造成的既污染环境,又浪费资源,针对该问题,提出了对钢铁厂厂区污水进行微波处理的技术方案,并建立某钢铁厂钢铁厂厂区污水工艺仿真控制系统;提出了建立该控制系统的研究方法,并结合工程案例,给出了控制系统的组成部分;建立了实验性的微波处理器模型;最后以实验设计数据为基础,对该钢铁厂厂区污水微波处理效果做了模拟,并做了数据分析。There is strong affinity between water and ultra - fine particles of dust. It's extremely difficult to separate water and ultra - fine dust, and the latter is a valuable resource. If the waste water was let out without treating, it will bring entironmeot polluton and resource waste. Based on this, a scheme of using microwave wastewater treatment technology to treat the waste water was put forward in the article. A wastewater treatment process simulation control system for a steel factory was established. The method of constituting the system was given, and combined with a project case, the constitution of the system was given. An experimental microwave wastewater treatment processor model was founded. And finally,based on the experimental data, the simulation of the microwave wastewater treatment technology used in the power factory wastewater treatment was made, and the simulation data were analyzed.
