摘 要:在采用多座位电泳法检测江苏地方山羊群体结构基因座遗传变异的基础上,分析群体间的遗传分化水平并探讨了影响群体遗传分化的主要因素。结果显示,4个山羊群体间的遗传分化系数在0.0067-0.0368之间,平均仅为0.0177,说明群体间的遗传分化水平很低,遗传变异绝大部分存在于群体内;不同地域山羊群体的分布符合地理隔离模式,而且群体间的基因流十分通畅;亲缘关系的模糊聚类结果与已知的品种史也是吻合的。据此可认为,大而通畅的基因流是江苏4个地方山羊群体间遗传分化水平很低的主要原因,而生境异质性则是引起群体发生轻微遗传分化的原因。Genetic differentiation and its impact factors were analyzed among indigenous goat populations of Jiangsu province based on genetic variations of structural loci by multiloci electrophoresis.Results showed that coefficients of genetic differentiation of four goat populations was between 0.0067 and 0.0368,with the average of 0.0177,demonstrating that genetic differentiation level was very low among populations and most genetic variations existed within population.The distribution of different geographical populations was according with the model of geographical isolation and gene flow was very smooth between populations.Phylogenetic relationships according to fuzzy cluster was also identical with the formation processing of breeds.It is concluded that high and smooth gene flow is the main reason leading to very low genetic differentiation level of four indigenous goat populations of Jiangsu province.Different living conditions is the reason leading to slight genetic differentiation among populations.
