摘  要:从100对玉米SSR引物中选取扩增带型清晰、多态性较高的29对引物对陕西省26个玉米主栽品种的遗传多样性进行了分析。结果表明:29对引物共检测到148个等位基因变异,平均每个位点的等位基因数5.1个,平均多态性信息量0.690。聚类分析(UPGMA)表明,SSR标记可将26个玉米主栽品种分成5大类,与品种系谱分析基本吻合。品种间遗传相似系数(GS)变幅为0.520-0.851,平均GS值为0.674,说明陕西玉米主栽品种具有较为丰富的遗传多样性。The genetic diversity of 26 main cultivated maize varieties in Shaanxi province were studied by 29 pairs of corn SSR primes chosen from 100 pairs of SSR primes,which have high polymorphisms and distribute on the ten chromosomes of maize and produced stable amplified band.The results showed that 29 primers produced 148 polymorphic amplified fragments.The average number of allele was 5.1.The average polymorphism information content(PIC) for the SSR loci varied was 0.690.The cluster analysis classified the varieties into five distinct groups,which approximately agreed with the pedigree.Genetic similarities among varieties ranged from 0.520 to 0.851 with an average of 0.674.It indicated that main cultivated maize varieties in Shaanxi province had high genetic diversity.
