摘 要:研究了植物激素BA和IBA对风信子鳞片扦插的影响,结果表明:品种对小鳞茎的形成和生长有极显著差异,形成小鳞茎能力从高到低的品种依次为Delfts Blue>Aiolos>Fondant>Anna Marie>Wood-stock。IBA和BA处理鳞片对小鳞茎的形成和生长有极显著影响,使用IBA和BA两种不同的激素处理均好于对照,其中IBA处理对小鳞茎的增殖倍数平均高于对照25.28%,对小鳞茎的重量平均高于对照40.86%;BA处理对小鳞茎的增殖倍数平均高于对照14.32%,对小鳞茎的重量平均高于对照42.94%。激素浓度在25 mg/L和50 mg/L对小鳞茎的生长更加有效。Effects of phytohormone BA and IBA on bulb scale cutting propagation of Hyacinthus orientalis was studied,the results showed that the effects of varieties on bulblet number and weight were highly significant.The ability to form bulblet was successively Delfts Blue〉Aiolos 〉Fondant〉Anna Marie〉Woodstock from high to low.The effects of IBA and BA on bulblet number and weight were highly significant.The phytohormone BA and IBA were better than CK.The treatment of IBA was higher 25.28% than CK on bulblet average number and higher 40.86% than CK on bulblet average weight,the treatment of BA was higher 14.32% than CK on bulblet average number and higher 42.94% than CK on bulblet average weight.Concentrations of phytohormone at 25 mg/L and 50 mg/L were better on bulblet weight.
