不同因素对落新妇种子室内萌发的影响

摘　　要：研究了不同温度、GA3、光照、pH处理对落新妇种子发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数等的影响。结果表明,在25℃199 lx条件下,5℃4周处理的落新妇种子发芽率、发芽势最高;5℃2周处理的发芽指数、始发芽粒数最高,发芽天数最短;50 mg/L GA3处理的种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数最高,分别为68.7%、65%和6.77;70%遮光率的种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和始发芽粒数最高,发芽天数最短;pH5.5水溶液浸种的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和始发芽粒数最高。The effects of temperature,GA3,light and pH on seed germination of Astilbis chinensis are studied and evaluated by germination percentage,germinating energy and germinating index etc.Results showed that the seed germination percentage,germinating energy is highest in 5℃4 w,germination index,germinating n.of first day is highest and germinating day is shotest in 5℃2w,In the 50 mg/L GA3,the germination percentage,germinating energy and germination index is highest,it is 68.7%,65.0% and 6.77.The germination percentage,germinating energy,germination index and germinating n.of first day is highest and germinating day is shotest in 70% sunshade percentage.The germination percentage,germinating energy,germination index and germinating n.of first day is highest and germinating day is shotest in pH5.5.
