基于SWOT法的黑龙江省经济振兴策略分析

摘　　要：为实现黑龙江省经济的全面振兴,运用SWOT分析方法,通过对黑龙江省的地理、资源等内部优势及财力、技术等自身劣势的分析,从区域角度论述了该省经济发展过程中面临的国家政策和地区环境等方面的机遇和威胁。以此为基础,提出发展特色农业,大力优化投资环境,切实落实"科教兴省",转变经济增长方式,营造良好的经济发展环境等战略措施,探寻符合黑龙江省特点的经济振兴战略。In order to revitalyze the economy of Heilongjiang Province,using the SWOT analysis method,the paper analyzes the superiorities in geography,location and resources,and inner inferiorities in financy and technology.The paper also discusses the chances and threats in some aspects such as national policy and local environment during the period of time for economic development.Based on this,Heilongjiang Province should seize the opportunity of developing special agriculture,improve the invest environment,build a prosperous Heilongjiang through science and education,transform the way of economic growth,create an ideal economic developing environment and seek for a strategy of revitalize economy fitting for inner characteristics.
