摘 要:用自组装技术将巯基乙酸自组装在金电极上,然后将一氯三嗪-β-环糊精(MCT-β-CD)与组装在金电极上的巯基乙酸(pH=8.5,温度为80℃)反应1h,得到MCT-β-CD修饰金电极.用衰减全反射傅立叶红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)、循环伏安及电化学交流阻抗谱(EIS)法对其进行了表征.结果表明:MCTβ-CD已成功地修饰在金电极上,并且修饰电极上的环糊精(CD)能与偶氮苯发生包合反应.制备MCT-β-CD修饰金电极操作较简单,成本低,周期较短,可进一步用做环糊精自组装膜传感器的研究与应用.A β-cyclodextrin modified Au electrode was fabricated by a two step method. First, mercaptoacetic acid was modified on gold electrode based on the strong interaction of SH with gold surface, then in alkaline (pH = 8.5 ) solution, Monochlorotriazinyl-β-Cyclodextrin (MCT-β-CD) was reacted with mercaptoacetic acid at 80℃ for 1 h,so the β-cyclodextrin modified Au electrode was obtained. The modified electrode was studied by ATR-FTIR, cyclic voltammetric and electrochemical impedance technique. The results showed that the MCT-β-CD was successfully mondified on the gold electrode, and the azobenzene can be included by the MCT-β-cyclodextrin witch was mondified on Au electrode. This method is an easy, inexpensive, time saving way to fabricate β-cyclodextrin modified Au electrode, and this β-cyclodextrin modified Au electrode may be used to investigate self-assembled monolayer sensor.
