摘　　要：生态经济城市是依据生态学原理提出的一类社会-经济-生态环境协调发展的城市,是包括生产和生活在内的综合性、全方位、全新的城市发展模式.在对生态经济城市的概念、内涵以及国内外生态经济城市评价指标进行分析的基础上,确立了生态经济城市评价指标选取原则,采用专家咨询的定性和定量信息相结合的方法构建了吉林省生态经济城市评价指标体系.采用加权求和与加权求积相结合的多指标综合评价模型,计算了2000—2004年吉林省生态经济城市的发展度,并对该时间段吉林省生态经济城市发展的程度、速度以及潜力进行了分析与排序.建立的指标体系,对于正确认识吉林省生态经济城市建设成果和发展规律,促进城市经济与环境可持续发展具有重要意义.Eco-economic city is a social-economic-ecological environment coordinative development city based on the principle of ecology. It is a comprehensive and all-directional development mode of city. This paper analyzed the concept and content of eco-economic city, and then build the eco-economic city evaluation selection principles based on analysis on the indicator system of domestic and foreign eco-economic city evaluation. This paper used expert consultation to combine qualitative and quantitative information and constructed the evaluation indicator system in Jilin Province. Combined with weighted summation and weighted quadrature evaluation model, the eco-economic city development degree of 2000--2004 in Jilin Province was calculated. And the eco-economic city development speed and development potential were analysis and sequencing in this time. The indicator system in this paper has great significance for a correct understanding on construction achievement and development law of Jilin Province, but also has meaning for promoting the city economic and environment sustainable development.
