摘　　要：清末民初,剪辫运动风行全国,从表面上看,这场旷日持久的剪辫运动是近代中国风俗改良的一个重要方面,但是由于发辫在有清一代的特殊功用,在近半个世纪的时间跨度里,剪辫运动记录了近代中国社会思潮的进步过程,也反映了国民心理的近代转变。At the turn from to the late Qing Dynasty to the early period of the Republic of China, the Movement of Cutting Pigtails was prevalent in China. As viewed from the surface, the movement that lasted for a long time was an important aspect of the changes in customs in modern China. However, owing to the pigtails＇ special function in the Qing Dynasty, the movement not only recorded the progress of modern China＇s social trends of thought, but also reflected the modern changes in national psychology.
