摘 要:用傅立叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)差谱法研究了高氯化聚乙烯(HCPE)的热老化降解机理,表征了高氯化聚乙烯在160℃热空气老化过程中分子结构的动态变化。结果显示,HCPE中C Cl及亚甲基含量迅速减少,随着热老化时间的延长,这2种基团含量逐渐减少,而OH、C O和C O等基团含量逐渐增加,表明HCPE的热老化降解是先脱去HCl,生成的共轭烯烃自动氧化反应的过程。The thermal aging behavior of high chlorinated polyethylene(HCPE)heated at 160℃ hot air was Studied by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The dynamic change of the molecular structure in the thermal aging process was characterized by difference spectroscopy. The results showed that the group of C-Cl and the methylene in HCPE was reduced rapidly when heated at 160℃ hot air within 2 h, and with the extension of thermal aging, the two groups was decreased, but the -OH , -C-O , -C-O- was increased gradually. HCPE thermal aging was a self-catalyzed reaction that HCl was eliminated first, then the products conjugated olefins was oxidized.
