摘　　要：本文从笔者对全国文化信息资源共事工程建设的认识，以安宁图书馆在实施文化信息资源共事工程建设中的实践为例，探讨分析了区、县图书馆在实施文化信息资源共事工程建设中存在的问题和解决问题应采取的对策。This article discuses and analysis the problems and solving ways in the process of the practicing the construction of the culture information resource communion project in the district and town libraries, starting with the recongnization and the practical experience of the Anning Library.
