摘　　要：随着规模化养猪业的不断发展,猪Ⅱ型圆环病毒(PCV-2)引起的疫病呈上升趋势,给世界养猪业带来了巨大的经济损失。作者简要介绍了猪圆环病毒分类、分子结构特征、理化特性、生长特性等,对PCV-2的ORF1、ORF2、ORF3蛋白的功能、特性及在疫苗、临床检测等方面的应用进行了阐述。主要就实验室检验技术,如免疫组织化学技术、间接免疫荧光试验、酶联免疫吸附试验、聚合酶链式反应、原位核酸杂交试验等研究进展进行了综述。Porcine circovirus（PCV） infection is an important infectious disease in pigs in recent years,which seriously hinders the development of pig industry.The present review introduced clinical symptoms,pathological changes,sorts of virus,molecular constitution character,physics and chemistry character and so on,therein,also expound its function,characteristic of ORF1,ORF2,ORF3 protein and aspect of application in vaccine,clinical detection.Then,mostly according to laboratory detection methods to PCV in existence,including： the diagnostic technology of PCV,for example,immunohistochemical assay,indirect immunofluorescent assay,enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,polymerase chain reaction and in situ hybridization were summarized.
