家兔心缩间期正常值及电针对心缩间期的影响

摘　　要：采用ＳＦ－Ⅱ心功能微机检测仪和第四军医大学研制的家兔专用ＳＴＩ程序，测定了５０只家兔的心缩间期（ＳＴＩ）正常值，并选用其中２０只，电针“内关”、“神门”两穴，观察对家兔ＳＴＩ的影响。电针对正常家兔的ＳＴＩ影响效应不明显，对心率则有双向调节作用。Normal Values systolic time intervals(STI) in rabbit (50) were measured with SFⅡ Cardiography. Primary observations of the systolic time intervals in 20 rabbits acupunctured with electric acupuncture in points of Neiguan and Shenmen have been made. The results show that the effect on STI is not obvious,but the heart rate is bidirectionally regulated.
