摘　　要：研究了水相悬浮法制备氯化橡胶工艺。考察了乳胶、表面活性剂以及氯化条件等因素对反应的影响,干燥温度对产品性状的影响。实验得到了优化的工艺条件,工业化装置生产的产品质量达到较好水平。The preparation process of chlorinated rubber by the water phase suspension method is studied in this article.The influences of latex, surfactant and condition of chlorizafion on the reaction is investigated. The influence of drying temperature on the characters of the product is also observed. The optimum operational conditions have been achieved by the experimental test, and the product of good quahty is obtained in a commereial scale production.
