摘  要:当前,有机产品是高层次的健康安全食品,正在引领食品消费市场的新时尚,并显示出巨大的市场发展潜力。有机产品认证作为有机产品产业链的重要环节.是连接有机产品生产与消费的纽带,已得到社会各界的广泛关注。<Abract>Nowadays, as a kind of complete safety and healthy food, the organic food is leading the high-end market, and displays considerable potential. As the connec-tion of production and consumption, organic certification is highly important and thus people pay increasingly attention to its validity. However, with the organic food industry growing, certain problems in certification gradually show up. First of all, some producers emphasise certification while ignore consulation. Usually, they invite experters to compile the documentary of quality management system, but rarely consult from the professionals on how to improve technology. Secondly, the organic certification is a complicated system combined management, technology with environmental protection, which aims achieve sustainable development in agricultural production. The certification should be carried out based on the process examination and check the actual situation and quality assurance system overall. And it also takes samples of product or soil etc if necessary. Thirdly, certification aims to promote the two parts in business to develop faithful relationship, but one of the objectives of certification organisations is to make profit. The disparity also could affects validity of organic certification. Fourthly, the supervision to the enterprises certified is sometimes insufficient which would easily damage the credit and prestige of market. Finally, credibility is siginificant to validity of certifica-tion especially at the time of the industry fast developing. How to enhance validity of organic certification? Firstly, improve laws and regulations. From April 2005, Administra-tive Measures for Organic Product Certification took effect which strengthen the supervision of certification service and enable the results of certification to be accordant and comparable.
