摘 要:研究了W波段微带到波导的转换技术。通过对波导-同轴以及同轴-微带转换的研究,给出了转换设计的一般步骤以及计算公式。为了提高转换性能,采用了两截2/4阻抗变换段进行微带与绝缘子探针的阻抗匹配,有效改善了驻波系数。这种方式具有密封性好、可靠性高的优点,被广泛采用。在75~77GHz的频带范围内,两个转换的总插入损耗≤2.5dB,回波损耗≤-18dB。The microstrip to waveguide transform technology at W band was researched. By studying the transforms from waveguide to coaxial line and coaxial line to microstrip respectively, the general approach and expressions for the transform were proposed. To improve the transition performance, two sects of microstrip were used with the length of λ/4 for impedance matching from microstrip to seal. Thus the standing wave ratio was improved obviously. This structure is used widely with the advantages of good seal and high reliability. In the range of 75 - 77 GHz, the total insert loss of two transforms is ≤2.5 dB, and the return loss is ≤ - 18 dB.
