摘  要:目的研究淫羊藿总黄酮、杜仲总黄酮对实验性骨质疏松小鼠骨代谢生化指标的影响。方法采用维甲酸灌胃造成小鼠实验性骨质疏松症模型,同时灌服高、中、低3种剂量的含有淫羊藿总黄酮、杜仲总黄酮的供试药,检测小鼠血清总碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、血清骨钙素(BGP)、血清游离钙(Ca2+)、血清羟脯胺酸/肌酐(HOP/Cr)的变化。结果与模型组相比,淫羊藿总黄酮、杜仲总黄酮可以使小鼠BGP、Ca2+、HOP/Cr的水平显著下降,同时可以使AKP升高。结论淫羊藿总黄酮、杜仲总黄酮对维甲酸所致小鼠骨质疏松症有一定的防治作用。Objective To study the effect of epimedium sagittatum flavones and eucommia ulmoides oliver flavones on biochemical markers of bone metabolism of osteopurosis mice. Methods Ostooporosis model was established in mouse induced by retinoic acid. The levels of the biochemical markers were measured in the osteoporosis mice receiving stomach perfusion of epimedium sagittatum flavones and eucommia ulmoides oliver flavones. Results The blood levels of HOP/Cr, BGP, Ca^2+ of the mice fed with epimedium sagittatum flavone and eucommia ulmoides oliver flavone were lower than those of model mouse, Meanwhile, blood level of AKP was higher than that of model mouse. Conclusions This study suggests that epimedium sagittatum flavone and eucommia ulmoides oliver flavone can control the osteoporosis in mouse induced by retinoic acid.
