摘 要:运用了评价设计方案优劣的指标——人机界面优度的概念、模糊数学理论与基本原理,用分值集合取代模糊集合的方法,建立了分层次模糊综合评判系统模型和人机界面优度计算公式。该评判系统有效地解决了对人机界面复杂因素定量化评价的问题。通过该评判系统,对设计方案进行了定性、定量评价,促进了人机界面的优化设计。以研究的分拣机显示/控制、座椅2个人机界面为实例,进行了综合评价计算,得出了最优方案,为生产实际提供了一定的参考意义。A multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system and the calculating expression of the goodness-of-fit were established based on the goodness-of-fit assessment index of human-machine interface and fuzzy mathematics theory. This is an efficient way to solve the rational evaluation of the complex element of human-machine interface. The qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the design schemes was made with the evaluation system, thus improve the optimum design of human-machine interface. The comprehensive evaluation of two man-machine interfaces of the sorting machine, the display/control and the chair, were taken as examples to illustrate the evaluation and calculation processes. The propose was to provide reference for practical production.
