择时内服中药治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎急性期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察择时内服中药治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎急性期的临床疗效。方法将100例小儿病毒性心肌炎急性期患儿随机分为2组,2组均采用我科中药协定方"清心灵"汤剂口服治疗,治疗组50例采用择时服药,每日3次(8:00、13:00、20:00);对照组50例采用常规服药,每日2次(8:00、18:00)。2组均4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效,并观察2组治疗前后心肌酶学、心电图的变化及治疗前后临床症状、体征的改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为94.0%,对照组总有效率80.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后临床症状、体征改善情况比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;2组治疗后肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)显著降低,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且2组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎急性期,择时内服中药与胃经、心经、心包经功能旺盛的时间段相对应,有利于药物的消化吸收,增加心肌的力量,疗效确切。Objective To observe the effect of timing administration of Traditional Chinese herb on the treatment of acute viral myocarditis. Methods 100 cases of viral myocarditis in the acute phase were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in two groups are treated by Qingxinling developed by us, 50 cases in the treatment group were administrated in time （ three times a day （8：00,13：00,20：00））; 50 cases in the control group were administrated in conventional medication twice daily （8：00,18：00）. The course was 4 weeks in both groups. After a course of treatment the effect was evaluated. Myocardial enzyme, ECG changes before and after treatment and clinical symptoms and signs were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （94.0%） was better than that in the control group （80.0%, P 〈0.05）. Improvement of clinical symptoms and signs in treatment group were superior to those in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. After treatment in two groups CK- MB, LDH significantly reduced. CK- MB, LDH significantly reduced after treatment in the treatment group compared with the control group （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Timing administration of Traditional Chinese herb on the treatment of viral myocarditis is conducive to digestion and absorption of drugs, increasing the strength of cardiac and effective.
