摘  要:目的探讨糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的有效治疗方法。方法56例DPN患者随机分为观察组和对照组各28例,在控制血糖基本达标的基础上,观察组用黄芪注射液30mL、丹参注射液20mL分别加入生理盐水250mL液体中静脉滴注,并用甲钴胺注射液500μg肌肉注射,每日1次;对照组用血塞通注射液200mg加入生理盐水250mL液体中静脉滴注,并用维生素B12注射液500μg肌肉注射,每日1次,2周为1疗程,2个疗程后评定疗效并复查肌电图。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=4.41,P<0.05),观察组神经传导速度改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论黄芪与丹参注射液联合甲钴胺治疗DPN疗效显著。Objective To investigate the effective treatment method of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods Fifty-six patients with DPN were randomly divided into treatment and control groups of the 28 cases. On the basis of controlling blood glucose basically reaching the standard, the patients in treatment group were given astragalus mongholicus injection 30 mL, Salvia miltiorrhiza injection 20 mL, added to normal saline 250 mL respectively, once a day intravenously, and also used 500 μg mecobalamin intramuscular injection, once a day;The patients in control group were given Xuesaitong injection 200 mg, added to normal saline 250 mL, and used of vitamin B12 injection 500 μg ,intramuscular injection, once a day. 2 weeks as one therapeutic course. The effect was evaluated after two therapeutic course. Also the electromyography was reexamined. Results The total effective rate was obviously higher in treatment group than this in control group (χ^2 = 4.41, P 〈 0.05 ), the nerve conduction velocity improvement was better in treatment group than this in control group ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Astragalus mongholicus and salvia miltiorrhiza combined with mecobalamine on DPN has significant curative effect.
