摘　　要：本文报道了尼索地平光解产物的制备及其药理和毒性实验。结果表明:给家兔静脉注射光解产物,有微弱而短暂的降压作用,给小鼠灌胃无任何毒性,而腹腔注射则有一些毒性,故尼索地平注射剂中应严格控制光解产物的含量。The preparing processes of the nisoldipine photolytic product and its generaIpharmacological actions as well as acute toxicities were reported. In rabbit,iv administration of the photolytic product induced slight and transient depressor effect. In mouse, ig of this product exhibited no toxicities, but there were some toxicities after ip administration. Therefore, the content ofnisoldipine photolytic product should be strictly controlled in the injections.
