马来酸单酯稀土在PVC自粘保鲜膜中的应用

摘　　要：将马来酸单酯稀土热稳定剂用于PVC自粘保鲜膜中,并对其成膜性、粘附性、透明性、防雾性等进行了研究。结果表明:马来酸单酯稀土热稳定剂能改善PVC的塑化均匀性,提高熔体强度,改善自粘膜的成膜性。采用马来酸单酯稀土热稳定剂的自粘膜的粘附性、防雾性比采用京锡8831的好,而透光性与京锡8831的基本相当。因此,在PVC自粘保鲜膜应用中可代替昂贵的有机锡热稳定剂。Using RETM as a kind of stabilizers for PVC seE-adhesive retaining freshness film, the film forming propertyies, adhesion, transparency and anti-fog properties are studied. The results show that RETM can improve the plasticizing quality of PVC, raise the strength of melting and improve the film forming property as well. Compared with JingXi-8831 using RETM as a stabilizer, its adhesion and anti-fog property is better, and transparency is same around. RETM can be substitute for high-priced organic-tin thermo-stability in PVC seE-adhesive retaining freshness film.
