摘　　要：邓小平人权思想的内容十分丰富,总体上包括三个方面:即为什么要发展和保障人权,发展和保障人权的出发点和最终归宿是什么,以及如何发展和保障人权。第一部分是邓小平人权思想的起点和发端,第二部分是它的核心和实质,第三部分则是其重点和关键,这三个部分紧密联系,层层递进,共同形成了一个逻辑严谨、层次分明和结构完整的科学体系。The contents of human rights thought of Deng Xiaoping is very abundant, including 3 aspects：why we want to develop and guarantee the human rights, what is the point of departure and final aim to development and guarantee and how to develop and guarantee human rights. These three part of close contact fasten and in multiple layers pass into, common became a logic careful, the layer is clear, structure the science system of the integrity.
