摘 要:对双输送带式栽植器的工作原理和营养钵在不同位置时的运动情况进行了理论分析,并对该装置各参数对立苗率的影响进行了试验分析,通过正交试验和单因素试验优选出了主次影响因素及最佳参数配置。his paper analyses the work principle of planting apparatus with twin conveyer belt and the movement state of the nutritive cubes in different point. Then test and analysis are done by the main structure parameter affecting the verticality rate of the nutritive cubes in this unit. Experiment results show that the frequency of throwing nutritive cubes of planting apparatus with twin conveyer belt can reach higher than 3 cubes per second, breaks a record of 2 cubes per second, and main factors affecting the verticality rate of the nutritive cubes are the dip angle of the incline belt (α), the rate of the velocity of the belt of testing table and the velocity of the incline belt in the unit (λ), and height of throwing nutritive cubes (H). The optimal values are 20°(α), 1.4 (λ) and 70 mm (H).
