摘 要:模拟柴油机工作条件,采用圆柱管外横流强迫对流模型,对机油、柴油及不同配比的乙二醇水溶液等液体横向掠过圆管时的传热特性进行了研究,分析了各种因素对传热的影响,对试验数据进行回归分析得出了3种非水冷却介质传热关系式。为机油、柴油及乙二醇水溶液用于柴油机高温冷却及少冷却提供了理论依据。imulating diesel engine work conditions, a heat transfer model of forced convection with a cylinder in crossflow of fluid was set up, and heat transfer performances were researched for an engine oil, a diesel fuel and ethylene glycol aqueous solutions with different composition as coolants. The effects of different factors were analysed for heat transfer, and the correlation expressions of heat transfer for the three kinds of nonwater coolants were obtained by regress analysis using test data. Regress analysis process showed that flow states of the coolants had obvious effect on the heat transfer under test conditions. The study provides a theoretical basis for the diesel engines high temperature cooling and low heatrejection cooling by using engine oils, diesel fuels and ethylene glycol aqueous solutions as coolants.
