摘  要:运用透析膜水培收集作物分泌性酶蛋白,进而运用抗体及Westernbloting技术,证明番茄和热带牧草CIAT606在缺磷条件下分泌植酸酶。活性测定结果表明,实验所用10种作物在缺磷条件下分泌性植酸酶活性均比适磷对照增加,其中番茄和热带牧草CIAT606增加率较高,分别比对照增加10.3和3.9倍。可以认为,分泌性植酸酶对促进某些作物有效利用土壤有机磷最多的形态——植酸态磷有重要生物学意义。It was shown that tomato and CIAT606 plants grown under the P-deficient conditions secreted phytase from their roots by using anti-phytase IgCs and western blotting technique. Activity of phytase secreted from the roots of 10 plant species were increased comparison to the control. Particularly, the activity of secretory phytase from tomato and CIAT606 plants grown under the P-deficient conditions were increased 10.3 and 3.9 times than the control. It was considered that the function of secretion of phytase under P-deficient conditions may be of fundamental importance to confer some plants an efficient mechanism for the utilization of inositol phosphate in soils.
