甘露消渴胶囊质量控制方法的研究

摘　　要：目的:完善甘露消渴胶囊质量控制方法。方法:采用HPLC法对甘露消渴胶囊中的盐酸小檗碱进行定量分析;同时对制剂中其他主要药味人参、黄芪进行薄层鉴别。结果:平均回收率为98.57%,RSD2.90%(n=5)。结论:方法可靠、准确,专属性强,本法可有效控制甘露消渴胶囊的质量。Objective： Consummation Ganlu Xiaoke capsule quality control method. Methods. Uses the HPLC law carries on the quantitative analysis to Ganlu Xiaoke in the capsule hydrochloric acid young Bo alkali; Simultaneously to the preparation in other main taste of a medicine ginsengs, Huang Qi, the Chinese angelica carries on the thin layer distinction. Results： The average returns-ratio is 98.57%, RSD 2.90% （n =5）. Conclusions： The method is reliable, is accurate, exclusive is strong, this law may effectively con- trol Ganlu Xiaoke the capsule quality.
